Awesome Experience!

I am so happy that I took the TEFL course in Crete with Maria. She is an excellent teacher and very supportive. She was always available to answer questions about the class, and also very helpful with advice/suggestions during my time in Chania.

It was beneficial to have hands on teaching time. The Greek students were so friendly and appreciative for the lessons, and the feedback from the instructor after each lesson was great. The feedback was encouraging, but also critical which is necessary for continual improvement.

Halfway through the course it really started to feel intensive! Class time, lesson prepping and the teaching keeps you busy! I don't have a teaching background, so a lot of what I was learning was new and interesting. I really enjoyed it. Just stay focused and organized.

I had so much fun exploring Chania. The Old Harbor is beautiful, full of life and amazing food.

Having the TEFL certificate will be helpful if I choose to teach English abroad in the future. There are so many possibilities!
