Local experinece in the heart of Lombok

After spending almost a month around Lombok, I looked for getting more into the culture and closer to locals. The program created by Andar was the most appealing and the experience in his village went over my expectations! Located in a very wild place, on the sea side, the village and its inhabitants are amazing.

The kids, always up to learn more english, always keen to play and share with you, express joyful and happiness. Andar never stopped making my stay so easy and confortable in his humble village. Moreover the food prepared by his wife was delicious. Him and his big family are very open-minded and tolerant.

I had a wonderful time and can only recommend everyone to spend some (guaranteed quality) time for a true experience in the heart of Lombok's culture. Thank you again Andar and all the best for everyone in the village and the volunteer program!
