AACC Review

This trip has been extraordinary for me. It provided me with a such a rare opportunity to explore the healthcare field and learn more about the Chinese culture. I was able to go into a hospital and shadow multiple different doctors in different departments. Each one provided me with great memories that I would take for my studies. I was also able to witness a surgical procedure in an actual surgical room which was something that I have never done nor imagined myself doing at my current time in life. Not only was I able to learn more about medicine, I was also able to learn more about China. From taichi classes to visiting important sites, I was able to fully immerse myself in the culture. Overall, AACC has provided me with a great experience to study more about health and a different culture.
