Review

Shamiri wants to do sustainable work in the sense of the analogy “teaching the people how to fish” This means providing the communities touched by Shamiri the knowledge and skills to create sustainable development. This is achieved by taking a step further and incorporating multicultural co-operation.

What does this mean?
It means even you, reading this review can bring your own ideas, and presence to support creativly from the good of your heart the people of Tanzania living in Mwanza. The opportunities for both you and the community are limitless.

Shamiri has strong co-operations with various Projects in Mwanza in various sectors which includes but not limits to; Healthcare, Family care, language and educational training, hospitality, photography, Microfinance, Agriculture, and so many more areas.

What does this mean?
It means Shamiri is structured to create diverse opportunities and doesn’t look in one scope, rather in the complex fabric of many parts of the community in Mwanza. This means everybody is part of the movement. No matter what background you come from, you can always bring out the best of you and be part of a positive change. You will be engaged in a peaceful, friendly, beautiful and happy environment of the community in Tanzania.

How does Shamiri’s diversity guarantee its sustainability?
It’s through you, you can show a unique path. You can plant your great ideas, at low cost, to teach the community, to look wider in the development lens, to realise, learn, and get knowledgeable exposure to the available resources as a catapult for self and sustainable development. You can always bring something new that will help the community be more efficient, and sustainable in their day to day living.

While you work with Shamiri in Tanzania, you will have access to information and a close relationship with your work, during and after your experience. This is achieved by Shamiri’s dedication to attract people interested in and happy to invest in global learning, Intercultural exchange, Sustainable support, and positive impact to the community they serve. This project is so cool because if you are having a bad day you could speak to a handler or the project manager to resolve and get rid of the knots to achieve maximum focus and engagement.
