Life changing

I traveled to Guatemala several years ago with Xela Aid. It changed my life. I went there on a painting trip with some volunteer work at Xela Aid. I very quickly fell in love with the organization. The leadership and staff are committed to helping the community become independent. Every program, every activity, and every aspect of Xela is about teaching and training Guatemalans to have an education, health , and training in a way that the community can pass on what they learn to others. the Guatemalan staff is warm, appreciative and eager to develop friendships with those who come to share in their lives.
