Summer in Dublin

I really enjoyed spending 12 weeks in Dublin. This was my first time leaving my country, but I felt really supported by the coordinators with Beyond Academy. They were always available to answer questions and provide helpful information about the city. They even were willing to step in if I had any issues with my internship. My main complaint was the intensity of working 40 hours a week for free. I knew that was the expectation, but it was draining and difficult especially since my internship was not something that I was super passionate about. The others in the program with me also struggled with wanting to go explore the city after spending all day working. If I were to do this program again, I would probably insist on a 4 day work week at a minimum.
