Review of TEFL (Level 5)

Support was there throughout, either by phone or e-mail, and the response was very good in terms of real-time and help. Technological issues were explained, and after some initial struggle, I was able to make faster, more enjoyable progress. In particular, Anya, Laura, and Jenny were very helpful and gave guidance and support around working issues and quizzes, and assessment advice. Regarding the latter, I was worried over the referencing format required, having not studied for some time previously, though I was informed promptly and accurately, allowing me to continue.
