My parents were nervous about sending me to China alone, but GAC made it so safe and easy. I stayed with a lovely host family in Beijing who treated me like their own daughter. I learned Mandarin fast, visited the Great Wall, and made friends from all over the world. I came home more confident and independent. If you're a teen thinking about it – just go!
What else I can share here is that Chinese food are the best and yummy food I've tried in China. Here in Denmark we do have Chinese food, but If you try it in the China it tastes way more better.
