Very helpful, and I truly appreciate the extra mile they go for their guests. I came to Kunming, Yunnan, with my sons, knowing our Chinese was very limited and expecting that not many people would speak English compared to bigger cities like Beijing or Shanghai.

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. They didn’t just support my children’s summer camp, they also helped us with the little things we needed to settle into life in China, which made a huge difference.

One incident that really showed their dedication was when one of my son’s stuffed animals was accidentally lost by the hotel during housekeeping while they were changing the bedsheets. The Lens Talk team immediately stepped in, communicated with the hotel on our behalf, and helped arrange for every possible way to locate and return it. This is exactly the kind of extra mile I was referring to. It may seem like a small thing, but it meant a lot to my son and to us as parents.

I especially appreciate how flexible they are with the itinerary and how accommodating they are to our needs. My children have had a wonderful opportunity to immerse themselves in Chinese culture and language while enjoying a meaningful and enriching experience.
