As a national volunteer from Nepal, my 2.5-month journey with Volunteers Initiative Nepal (VIN) has been truly rewarding. Working with dedicated staff, international volunteers, and local communities helped me strengthen my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while contributing to meaningful community development. I also learned from people of different cultures and built lifelong friendships. VIN has been an incredible platform for my personal and professional growth, and I am grateful for this unforgettable experience.
