About Program
LIFE COURSE ACADEMY is an eight-month, English-language residential program in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, for ages 18–25. The first session is scheduled for October 1, 2027, through May 31, 2028. Its 1,000 hours divide equally between sailing and crew training on the water and learning on shore, with high-performance methods, physical preparation, recovery, debriefing, and personal and professional development. Complete beginners and experienced sailors are welcome; applicants must be able to swim, be physically ready, work in English, and commit to team and residential life. Months 1–3 build sailing foundations, Months 4–7 develop regatta skills and crew performance, and Month 8 culminates in preparation for and participation in an international regatta. Students build a Progress Portfolio and 90-day Action Plan with monthly career guidance. The fee ex vat is USD 97,800 including 4 STARS HOTEL accommodation + 3 premium meals per day.
