About Program

The Eastern Seaboard Adventure is an immersive and exciting 5-week live-aboard sailing adventure for up to 18 students aged 17-20. You’ll join students from around the world as you sail the beautiful and historic Eastern Seaboard from Boston, MA to Charleston, SC, accompanied and mentored by our dedicated crew and USCG-certified captain.

As an Adventure participant, you will learn the fundamentals of tall ship sailing, marine science and engineering - and experience something few ever will, the thrill of sailing and living aboard a tall ship. Living together on the ship, you will build and strengthen community while learning about yourself. Fundamental aspects of our sail training focus heavily on providing students with tools to improve and optimize their skills in communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and stewardship.

This program provides an opportunity for young adults to step outside their comfort zones.
