About Program
Discover Korea beyond the screen with Korea Unscripted, a three-week summer program for high school students ages 14–18. From June 20 to July 10, 2027, explore Seoul, Gyeongju, and Busan through Korean language learning, cultural activities, and connections with local students.
Begin in Seoul, where Korean lessons help you put useful phrases into practice in everyday situations. Experience K-pop dance, taekwondo, Korean cooking, and traditional crafts, and explore the city through visits to Gyeongbokgung Palace, local neighborhoods, and more. Student buddy activities offer opportunities to meet Korean peers and learn about each other’s lives.
Continue to Gyeongju to discover Korea’s historic heritage and experience a temple stay, then head to Busan for coastal scenery, bustling markets, and the colorful streets of Gamcheon Culture Village. Each city brings a different perspective on Korea, connecting contemporary culture with history and daily life.
