Madison is our Director of Global Programs where she acts as the connection point between our in-country placement teams and student intern program participants. She works to provide professional, cultural, enjoyable and, most importantly, life-changing experiences for our students!

What is your favorite travel memory?

My travel memories are, by far, my favorite memories and I've been so lucky to travel with some of my best friends. Whether we were hiking the French Alps in Switzerland, sitting on the edge of the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, or riding camels in Morocco - these were all wonderful memories because of the friends I was surrounded by.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

When I was 18, I had never been on a flight. I went on my first international flight when I came to intern with We Find Group in Madrid and now, at the age of 23, I've visited 24 different countries.

Seeing places outside the US has increased my compassion for world events and people across the globe. I feel so much more connected to the world we live in, the policies we create, and the dialogue we use to discuss things that are different from what we grew up knowing.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

Our students are honestly amazing. I'm continually astounded by the things they go on to accomplish. We've had students get jobs on Wall Street, at the Big 4, at start-ups, and with top global companies across the world. Some of our students even go on to start their own companies!

We have this parental sense of pride when we see them get amazing jobs and continue to travel the globe.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our team is unique because we're super culturally diverse. We have people from Spain, Australia, the UK, and the US working together everyday to provide the best experience possible for our students.

It always touches my heart to see the connection the students have made with their co-workers, the other students, and our WFG team.

I am especially proud of our team at our farewell events when our students have completed their internships, the companies are happy, and our team can see the development both sides have made over the past months.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Our company is successful because we genuinely care about each of our participants. We get to know them before they leave the U.S. and we really get to form a professional relationship when they are in country. They become part of our WFG family and we are so thrilled to hear all the amazing things they go on to do!
