How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

When I first began working with A Broader View in 2010 I was involved in small website projects coordinating with the webmaster. Over the last 5 years my role has expanded into a full time programmer, and in 2015 we were able to launch the ABV interactive web platform, which I am so very proud of.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

The sea turtle conservation project in Costa Rica. I think it a beautiful concept to work with nature and create awareness between humans and animals. Plus, I would love to return to Costa Rica, it is such a unique place.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

The feeling of group camaraderie and working together to create the ABV online reservation system. When the system finally went live after months of planning, and worked seamlessly, it was a very proud accomplishment for me personally, and for my support team as well.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Having open dialogue between employer and staff, continuous learning, research and keeping up with the development on how to create a better experience with the online web platform.
