My favorite memory is getting to celebrate Holi with the other staff members, volunteers, and children! We felt like part of the community and got to experience the holiday authentically.

What is your favorite travel memory?
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I would volunteer with slum children. The need for English education is great and their need is one of the highest. Though communication can be difficult, the kids are eager and open to learning.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
The company is unique because volunteers are heavily involved with administrators. You have a lot of autonomy in how and what you teach. The staff take a lot of input from volunteers and use it to change and grow.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
I believe transparency and commitment to a mission is the biggest factor in being a successful company.
