Spending 3 months backpacking through South East Asia on my own, meeting such humble and happy locals and experiencing such a different part of the world. It's hard to sum that up in one individual memory!

What is your favorite travel memory?
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Personally I have grown so much in my own personality. Working in an industry with people from all around the world and teaching them something so grounding and spiritual, such as surfing, is life changing for them and myself.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
I gratefully hear many awesome stories from our surfers. My favorite is hearing that after leaving our surf camp, they have found friends that last a lifetime and often to travel and surf all over Australia, and sometimes around the world, with.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I would absolutely choose our 12-week surf development course. It is such an in-depth program that can take any one, from which ever level they are at in their surfing, and sky rocket their knowledge and practical skills of surfing.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
Our company is extremely unique. We value our area and our team so much, it's more like a family than a working team and this passes onto our surfers.
Having our surfers leave us as friends who we get to keep in touch with and visit in their home countries is just amazing. Our goal is to spread the love. Love of the ocean, the culture and friendship, that is what makes us so unique!
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
I think that being honest and showing integrity at all times is one of the biggest factors in being a successful company. Having a reliable product and giving every single person the same attention and experience is very important to me.
