What is your favorite travel memory?

I have traveled to many places, including Korea, the US and UK, Europe, and around Asia. I would say my favorite trip was when I went to Korea in 2008. I stayed there with a host family and learned that having an unforgettable travel experience is less about visiting tourist attractions, and more about getting in touch with the local people.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since I have been working with Road Experience, I've met so many different types of people and that made me become a very open minded person which very beneficial to my work as I have to deal with people from around the world. I've also gained a lot of experience dealing with difficult situations.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

We always end up having a very good relationship with all of our teachers -- many of them have encouraged their friends to join our programs as well. Personally, I believe that how closely we work with your teachers makes them feel comfortable and encourages them to continue to return to our programs.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We are always proud of our team. All of the staff in our company work very hard to support our teachers and volunteers -- this has made us one of the biggest recruitment agencies in Southern Thailand.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

We have so many schools in our network and up having about 100 to 300 positions open in every semester which allows us to welcome a lot of teachers into our program. In addition to teaching, we hope to find individuals from all over the world to welcome into our volunteer programs, which not only include teaching, but forest conservation and farming as well.
