What is your favorite travel memory?

My favorite travel memory was when I traveled around Europe for 40 days. I designed this trip based on a couple of movies I love. For instance, in Vienna and Paris, I tracked the places such as cafes, restaurants, and roads where Jessy and Celine walked all day in Before Sunrise and Before Sunset. It is the one of my ways to fully enjoy a country.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I have been developing my ability to listen empathically to other people's opinions especially on what they want while working in Korvia.

Sometimes it is more important to understand and listen to people's situations than to solve the problem itself.

I believe that understanding other people by putting myself in their shoes makes me a good person and a good recruiter.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

Even if every recruit is special to me, I would like to say that the best would be this one student who came to Korea with her daughter. She is a nice person, so I wanted to help her settle down in Korea with her daughter well. When I met her in person after arrival, I was so happy to see that she is satisfied, and she thanked Korvia for it.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would like to experience all of the various programs offered by Korvia at least once because each program has its own characters. I believe people have different potentials depending on the circumstances.

I will apply for the program recommended by my recruiter first. Then, I’ll try to experience another program and discover another aspect of myself.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

In Korvia, we always try our best to be as accommodating as possible to native speakers and make them feel comfortable from beginning to end. Before entering Korea, we offer enough information for native speakers based on 10 years of experience.

After entering Korea, they can exchange information with native speakers in Korea through networking events such as Korvia party. We sincerely hope that they will be happy during their stay in the country.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Korvia has a fantastic “team-ship.” Each recruiter has different personality and strengths, and we help one another by constant communication. That helps solve problems and find better ways. We make a synergy by working as a team. That is why Korvia has always been the No. 1 recruiting agency!
