José co-founded Euroace with Isabel and is directly in charge of all the programs we offer at Euroace. He manages the organization and conduction of student programs, such as internships, cultural activities, custom programs, accommodation, student services and much more.

What is your favorite travel memory?
How can I choose just one? There are so many great memories. In particular, I could of tell the people I have met and the thing I have learnt from others and the different cultures on my travels. I love meeting new people, nature and culture. And I like discovering new perspectives. Any travel is a good memory!
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
I have learnt to listen better to my colleagues and to other people in general. Also, I have realized that my own perspective is not always the best, and there are other ways to focus on situations and problems that I encounter. Of course, now I have a lot more grey hairs than I used to!
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
We have so many great stories from our students, but I think the best stories and feedback we receive is when they tell us how the experience has changed their lives for the better. When our students have a truly memorable experience and they let us know that it has helped them in their future careers, this really inspires us and affirms that we are doing our best! We also love it when they mention how the Euroace experience has inspired them to continue learning about the world and travel to more places.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
If I could choose any of our programs, I would choose one of our Sports programs because I love sports and I think that Euroace provides an opportunity that is difficult to find in other companies. You get to play the sport you love and at the same time meet like-minded people and learn about the Spanish culture.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
The thing that makes Euroace so unique is our personal attention to each of our students. We make sure that when they arrive they feel comfortable and they feel supported and welcomed. Also, the programs that we offer are very diverse and easily customizable to suit each of our student's requirements!
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
I believe the most important factor is being consistent and making sure that we are always providing our best service to every client and every student that comes our way. Also, putting trust in each one of my colleagues and in myself that we are providing the best service and we are working towards a successful future. We are a team and we can all contribute to making Euroace a great success!
