What is your favorite travel memory?

I have so many! I would have to say Philippines because I really liked the people and the country, especially the nature. Also, I have been diving to many places and in the Philippines this was really special! The people were very welcoming in this country and I could integrate more easily here than I have been able to in other countries.

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I think I'm a better person and a better professional as a result of setting up Euroace. I've had the chance to meet people from all over the world and have had to deal with people from many different cultures, in a professional and personal setting. This has helped me to be more open minded and more flexible when adjusting to new circumstances.

We have had many great stories from our past students, but for me the most valuable feedback we can get is when a former student tells us how much this experience has impacted them and that it has been one of the greatest experiences of their lives. For me, this really is the most rewarding part.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

If I had to choose one of our programs, I would go for a combination of language and professional experience. I really feel that this allows students to improve their second language and, at the same time, they have the opportunity to practice in a professional atmosphere with local people, while learning specific vocabulary and gaining a global insight into their sector. It's a perfect combination between the academic world and the real world.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Euroace is unique because we adjust our services to meet the needs of our students! We do our best to make sure our programs are relevant, flexible and meaningful.

I feel really proud of my team when they give 100% to the students in everything they do. They really take care of them and pay attention to all the details, which makes a big difference in the student's overall experience!

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

There really is no secret. All we do is take it day by day, working consistently hard to improve and adapt our service to meet the needs of our students and clients. We say “sin prisa pero sin pausa”—meaning our work is done with the highest quality and we are continually progressing and trying to get better, without stopping. After working in this sector for so many years, I am still learning every day. This is the key: to keep learning and progressing and adapting to the market.
