What is your favorite travel memory?

During my summer vacation in Marseille, I headed to the bustling, Côte d'Azur of France to meet my best friends for vacation. We had many incredible days and hilarious, spontaneous adventures!

We did the méditerranée tour, had an amazing lunch and then drive a boat on the méditerranée. It was an unforgettable memory for me!

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

I worked for a long time in some transnational companies before, together with different persons from worldwide.

In RISH, I realize that the most important aspect of any job is to do what you love and to feel purpose -- with this job, I thoroughly enjoy helping peoples in the company or summer camp on the same journey abroad as I was once so lucky to have this kind of experience.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

The best and surprising story I heard is from a student's parent: "Before this summer camp our daughter didn't find any interest in cooking and cleaning the house. We were very happy and at the same time surprised to see the real impact of this summer camp on her lifestyle. She even want to follow me to the supermarket to choose and buy all the ingredients destiny to cook our daily food."

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

If I was under 18 years old and wanted to learn Chinese and visited China, I absolutely would like to attend the RISH Chinese summer camp. Because this program is unique and very different to others Chinese summer camps running in China. Including the high quality accommodation, professional and intensive small group Chinese class, workshops, meals every day, sports everyday and so on. I will feel lucky if I can join in.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

Our company is unique since only our summer program running in a great place in China. That is consciously and strategically helping students totally immersed in local environment. This environment improves the students their Chinese speaking and listening naturally, which is a common demand from their parents too.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

I think if there is a passionate team of people who truly believe in the value of what they do, it will inevitably drive a company forward and make it successful on so many levels. Everyone at RISH has a passion for the experiences we facilitate for students abroad and the success of RISH is a testament to that.
