Aveen works as part of the team at Premier TEFL. She is one of the teach and travel advisers and handles inquiries for anyone interested in pursuing Teaching English abroad or online.

What is your favorite travel memory?

One of my earliest travel memories is of a school trip to Paris with my friends. We had an incredible few days exploring the beautiful city, experiencing a new culture and visiting all of the sites! We took a cruise down the Seine in the sunshine, took in the masterpieces at the Louvre such as the Mona Lisa, climbed to the very top of the Eiffel Tower and took in the most breath taking views of the whole city! We strolled down the Champs Elysees and we even managed to squeeze in a quick trip to Disneyland :)

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Yes - I love what I do and feel a sense of purpose going to work each day. It is the first job I have ever had where I get excited to go to work each day and I look forward to meeting new people from all over the world and hearing their stories and dreams. I get so much satisfaction from helping these people pursue their goals.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

I often hear stories of life changing experiences but my favorite story was from a man who completed a TEFL course with Premier TEFL and moved to China to teach English, fell in love and met his now wife who was also a teacher. The school he works at arranged the most beautiful Chinese style wedding for the couple.This is definitely the most beautiful story so far!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would really love to do every program! They all offer a unique teaching experience in wonderful locations worldwide. If I had to choose I would opt for the program in Thailand so I could explore a part of the world I have not seen yet.

The program is excellent value with so much included in the package for interns. It is also a great chance to meet other interns from all over the world and make new friends and have new life changing experiences.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

We offer the personal touch and go the extra mile to look after all of our customers. People are not just a number to us. We know all of our students by name and care about each of them.

We continue to grow as a company but always remember to keep the personal touch with our customers at the core of our business.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Listening to your customers, understanding their needs and always making sure they have a great experience. It is also important to have a passionate team who love what they do and aim to deliver life changing experiences for all of their students.
