What is your favorite travel memory?

It’s been certainly in Ljubljana, Slovenia’s biggest city and capital. No doubt about it. I love it so much because it’s one of the greenest capital in Europe and as well it is not too big. You can find a lot of traditions, small markets, nice people and feel like at home. It gives you a sensation of intimacy, you know?

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

Since I started working here, Istituto Europeo allowed me to grow and know better the world’s rich traditions, because you can know students arriving from all over the world. Really, we have students from all around the globe! It is as well a great experience for my teaching skills. You can always better yourself!

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

Oh boy, I heard so many stories that it is difficult to pick up one, probably to see my students be back to live in Italy, because they fell in love with it when they got here at our Institute! We have the incredible capacity, at Istituto Europeo, to make people fell in love with this place and culture!

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

If I could give an advice, a disinterested advice, to any study, I'd certainly I think the best programme it'd be to study Italian language and combine with it another course, for exemple music or art. That is really the perfect combination, as far as my experience goes! You get the most out of the entire experience.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

I think that Istituto Europeo, differently from other educational istitutitons in Florence, is able to strike something like a perfect value balanc: it is welcoming, communicative, flexible and nice at all-time and, at the same time, it's absolutely also professional and rigorous. There's no better combination than that!

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

The main factor in being a successful company nowadays is surely to understand customers' various needs, but as well to be capable of innovating and really update constantly your curriculym and educational supply, especially in the world of language education. That is fundamental! No company should miss that!
