What is your favorite travel memory?
One of my favorite travel memories is being impress by the nature, infrastructure, music, and diverse people. From landscapes to modern and historical architecture, art, clothes, traditions and engaging with locals, every new place brings new sensations and feelings. Also, I love the surprise element, discover things you didn't know you were going to find.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Since working for my current company, I've grown significantly in time management, patience, and adapting to different schedules. I've also become skilled at working under pressure and have learned the value of spending more time collaborating in teams. These experiences have greatly enhanced my professional development.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
The best story I’ve heard is from a student in my marine biology class. She decided to stay in Costa Rica after her program ended. She joined an NGO, spending a year conducting research and helping coastal communities. Her experiences were so inspiring that she decided to change her major and pursue a career in marine biology, fully committing to her newfound passion and making a significant impact.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
If I could go on any program that my company offers, I would choose the Barcelona program. The opportunity to experience the city's rich culture, innovative infrastructure, and vibrant atmosphere would be invaluable. Barcelona's blend of history, modernity, and diverse population would provide unique insights and inspiration for both personal and professional growth.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
What makes our company unique is our responsible, communicative, and respectful team, filled with strong women and a great leader. We enjoy funny, lovely conversations and work seamlessly in sync. I am especially proud of our team because during challenging projects everyone come together and excelled.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
On of the biggest factor in being a successful company is a great leader who fosters communication, trust, transparency, and diversity. Listening to and analyzing ideas, along with respecting all peers, further strengthens teamwork and innovation, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
