From studying abroad in Spain to landing a job teaching English online, our site has helped millions of people find and plan transformative experiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Help write and update our growing collection of 750+ travel articles and 1,300+ guides on Go Overseas
• Work closely with your editor to optimize content using SEO best practices

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Available to write at least 10-15 hrs a week, with opportunity to expand or take on more project-based work as needed
• Experience with international education (volunteering, teach, intern, work, and/or study abroad) & travel — cares intensely about helping more people study, live, work, and travel overseas
• Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience with excellent command of the English language
• Passion for sustainable, accessible, and ethical travel

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SEO and best practices
• HTML experience
• Familiarity with WordPress and/or Drupal
• Graphic design or video skills (not a must, but a huge plus!)

Hourly pay rate
$20-$25/hr, based on experience
