Our ELEVATE Program will provide young people with a variety of experiences designed to build confidence and to provide life skills training. The three components of this program are employment experiences in the hospitality industry (rotating through departments in our resort), outdoor adventures, and meaningful community service. If you are planning on making this program count for internship credit, we will work with your school's requirements. This program is open to individuals looking to take time after high school before college, or looking for a break from college to gain work and life experience before jumping into academics or a career.

This program is designed for participants age 18-22 years old.
Dates: August 10, 2020 - December 04, 2020

Program Structure:
* Paid seasonal employment, rotating through Guest Service focused departments (Food Service and Housekeeping)
* Recreational opportunities (both scheduled and informal) to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and our stunning locale
* Opportunities for deeper reflection and relationship-building
* A week-long service trip
* Regularly-scheduled small-group workshops and training sessions on topics of interest
* Opportunities to continue working at the Estes Park Center for up to 4 additional months as seasonal, or pursue a full-time opening with us

As an ELEVATE Participant, you will be working and living with our International Program participants. We host over 150 international students from over 25 different countries every year. We hold cultural exchange nights, fairs, and dinners, to encourage cultural exchange between employees. You are guaranteed to make friends from all around the world!
