- Age: 18–30 years old at the start of the internship
- Education: Enrolled in or graduated from a degree program (business, finance, marketing, IT, engineering, law, hospitality, accounting, human rights, tourism, health care, etc)
- Language: Fluent in English (Mandarin not required, but a plus)
- Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving
- Attitude: Open-minded, ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for a China visa
