African Campus

African Campus, located in the heart of South Africa’s Garden Route, hosts an unprecedented diversity of volunteer, internship and training programs for gap year adventurers, students or travelers of any age wishing to work with wildlife in a volunteer program or to gain career and study experience through an internship.

Our aim is to provide our clients in the field training, first hand experience, in exciting career paths such as marine and terrestrial research, wildlife filming, photography, underwater photography, journalism, and the marine eco-tourism industries. Get up close and personal to the incredible species readily available to us here in Mossel Bay, South Africa - including white sharks, whales, dolphins, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many more.
