Boresha Maisha Global Adventure Academy

Boresha Global Academy is a Tanzania-based gap year and internship organisation combining meaningful real-world placements, accredited Global Citizenship education and adventure travel into one immersive experience. Inspired by the folk school model, our programs bring young people together to live, learn, volunteer and explore while working alongside locally led organisations in community development, global health, animal welfare and conservation. What makes us different is the balance: structured international experience and a recognised qualification, alongside safari, cultural immersion, personal development, lifelong friendships and the adventure of actually living in Tanzania. Our goal is to help participants understand the communities they enter, contribute responsibly and leave with far more than stamps in their passport.
