Bright Light Volunteers

Bright Light Volunteers aims to make the world a brighter place by providing educational service opportunities that foster the development of global leaders and citizens. Bright Light Volunteers was founded in 2012 and has organized groups of students and adults to serve abroad in over 12 host communities. BLV works closely with middle and high school educators, parents, and International Baccalaureate coordinators, as well as partners in host communities, to ensure participants gain the skills and experiences they need to become global leaders of the future. the organization provides struggling host communities with funding and manpower to increase access to education, improve community infrastructure, and work on environmental projects.
