The Camphill School

The Camphill School, outside of Philadelphia, PA, offers gap year volunteers an educational experience at their residential facility. The school follows the Waldorf tradition and works primarily with children with Intellectual and developmental disabilities. Volunteers work in the school’s flagship programming: residential, day academic and prevocational programs, as well as therapeutic care, for children in Kindergarten through Grade 12, as well as a Transition Program. Volunteers get free room and board, a monthly stipend, health insurance and other benefits all while living and working alongside dedicated staff members and incredible students.
