DIY Wild Wildlife and Rehabilitation Centre

We are a wildlife sanctuary and rehabilitation centre based at the foot of the Hlumu Hlumu mountains in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa.

We are the first and only primate rehabilitation centre in the Mpumalanga province. We rescue injured and orphaned wildlife with the aim of rehabilitation and release back into protected areas of the wild.

We also take in unwanted exotic pets and give them a forever home in a natural conditions possible.

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people who are happy to get involved with all aspects of work. No two days will be the same. Expect to be dirty and exhausted by the end of the day.
