Review for my stay in EF San Diego

My experience was really unique because I had the chance to meet new people from all around the world and have fun with them but at the same time I improved my English skills thanks to my teachers. I think that over the course of this journey I improved both my English skills and my social skills, being more open to new friendships. I also loved the location here in San Diego since there are a lot of fun things to do here, from surfing to going shopping in one of the many beautiful malls in here. Here I also had the chance to go for my first time in my life to a baseball match!!! I really enjoyed this beautiful journey and I hope I will do it again!!! 😁

Pros
  • Fun activities
  • Good and experienced teachers
  • Perfect location
Cons
  • Weather sometimes
  • Seaweed in the ocean
  • Air conditioning broken 😞

review for ef in rome

there were people from all walks of life including other teenagers who were under 18. we had activities and things to do, and lessons every day. By the end I felt immersed in the culture and the language and I definitely prefer it to high school.
I hate the buses in Rome but that's really just an issue with the city. My host family was amazing and they really cared about me. In the end I visited a bunch of different cities and really explored the world. Plus the teachers were amazing, and I now speak Italian in just three months.

What was the most nerve-racking moment and how did you overcome it?
Being talked to in public about something important and not understanding what they were trying to ask me. I eventually just learned how to ask them to reexplain it to me in Italian, just a little slower.
