Fair Share Foundation (FSF) is a Tanzanian non-governmental organization committed to building a just, inclusive, and compassionate society where everyone regardless of age, ability, gender, or background can live with dignity and opportunity.

Established by a team of passionate changemakers, FSF works across Tanzania to address the urgent needs of marginalized and underserved communities. With our head office in Dar es Salaam, we collaborate closely with grassroots communities, civil society, and both public and private partners to bring hope, healing, and lasting transformation.
