We offer paid culinary and hospitality internships in over 200 restaurants and hotels accross France. These are considered establishments of high regard, and includes 20+ locations with michelin stars.

Truly recommended! I was able to go to France to do an internship because of Gastronomie France for an amazing opportunity. They were very helpful throughout the registering process and made me feel safe. They took care of everything including documentations and visas for you in a professional manner. During my internship in France they also made sure I was having the time of my life there and kept track of my progress. If you are looking for a way to start your career after your studies this is an excellent choice!

What was your funniest moment?

I did my first ski during my time there and just 5 minutes in I got a muscle cramp and I can’t continue. I was using my butt (literally) to slide down the hill and it was somehow more fun than I thought.

I am very happy to have participated in the Gastronomie France program for 6 months. They accompanied me through the entire process of the first Skype interview until I returned to Colombia. J'ai travaillé dans la cuisine d'un restaurant dans le centre de Lyon et tout s'est bien passé. J'ai beaucoup amelioré mon francais et j'ai decouvert la cuisine francaise. I did my internships with them few months ago and since the beginning everything was well organized, with the team, the hotel and the staff. Great job ! From the beginning with the GF team to the arrival in France, everything was set up for me to be in a really good condition to begin to work. When I had an administrative question for them, they were really reactive to give me the perfect answer in a short time.
