Why choose Kids Saving the Rainforest?

We are a Wildlife Sanctuary, Rescue, & Rehabilitation Center located in beautiful Quepos, Costa Rica just outside of Manuel Antonio on the Central Pacific coast. We rescue around 200 animals each year. Our organization consists of a veterinary clinic, a wildlife sanctuary with nearly 50 permanent residents, a wildlife nursery, a rescue and rehabilitation center, and a three-story volunteer center where volunteers and interns come from around the world to join us in our work saving the wildlife of Costa Rica. We also perform reforestation, and are involved in a number of conservation initiatives such as our highly successful Monkey Bridges. We are currently recruiting for internship positions in our various departments, and have a special interest in individuals interested in carrying out research within their field.
