Launch Generation

We run unconventional summer programs for teenagers focused on financial literacy, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Structured as a hybrid of a conference and a summer camp, our programs educate and inspire the next generation of leaders.

The look of jobs and careers is changing rapidly, and tomorrow's leaders will need to be both adaptable and entrepreneurial, but also grounded and financially literate. At Launch Generation, we begin with practical skills needed to build a strong foundation for an independent life, followed by ways to prepare for an unpredictable, but opportunity-filled, future.

Off-Site field visits include companies such as GoPro, Mission Edge accelerator, and Sriracha. We select a diverse staff for each program to act as role models, catalysts, and educators. Our summer programs have a max of 25 participants and a 1:5 staff to participant ratio to ensure a unique, real, and life-changing experience.
