About Program

Launch Generation offers a unique summer program for teens focused on leadership, entrepreneurship and financial literacy. A hybrid of a conference and a summer camp, students spend a week on campus at the University of Cambridge learning the fundamentals of starting a business. Students work in teams to create a unique business idea and the week culminates with the teams pitching their ideas to each other, their families and the program staff. Throughout the program, students are mentored by business executives and leaders from various industries as they work through educational sessions that are both hands-on and fun!

I participated in Launch Generation's Cambridge program in 2019 and their San Diego program in 2018; the experience was incredible! Prior to the program, I wasn't sure what I wanted to study when I went to college, but Launch really helped me find a passion for entrepreneurship and sustainable business development. The Launch team is engaging, diverse, and easy to connect to. They gave us the freedom to explore Cambridge while also having jam-packed learning days. Every day at Launch is a new experience and I left the program with a very strong understanding of financial literacy and how to create a business pitch. It was so fun to get to know the other participants, and I made friends for a lifetime.
