Little Step Volunteering organization is focused on the grass root issues of our community and our project designed in accordance to our society’s needs. we are providing volunteering options in Palampur & Manali. Volunteers may also choose from the following projects : school teaching,Women empowerment,Child care and education, Health issues, Mentally challenge children's education,Environment issues,Girls education.Our mission is to provide "volunteering" and traveling opportunities to overseas visitors in India.

This is a great program I would recommend it to anyone. There is a great balance of volunteering and tourism. It is a wonderful way to see India and give back to the community. The women empowerment program really helped me to see the real India and connect w/a village in personal way. It is going to be very hard to leave these girls. This experience has opened my eyes to the daily realities of the Indian people. The community and the children were welcoming. We often were stared at but once you get over that the Indian people are helpful and curious about you and what you think about India. The accommodation was WONDERFUL. The food was EXCELLENT! Everything was well kept. The team was very helpful. This was a great program. I would consider coming back if finances allow! I had a wonderful time and I felt that I had a real Indian experience. natalie, USA
