Nosy Blue Project

The Nosy Blue Project developed organically from people who saw an issue and wanted to make a positive difference. We are people who live and work on the island of Nosy Komba and have so for many years. We are small business owners that came together to form the Nosy Blue Project with what we can offer: a hotel, boats, knowledge, love and pride of the area and of the marine wildlife.

Our mission is to educate the local population of what is at stake in preserving their environment. We hope that the data we collect and share with the Malagasy government, will raise awareness of the importance of safeguarding this incredible biodiversity, which is a true cultural heritage of Madagascar.
