One Thousand Hockey Legs

We are a volunteer based, not for profit organization dedicated to promote hockey at the grassroot levels/schools of India. We use hockey as a medium to transform lives of underprivileged children in poor schools so that they attend school regularly and take interest in both sports and academics.
We seek to introduce hockey to early and pre-teenaged children and thereby, contributing to a sports loving society and youth development.
We use the game of hockey to teach kids etiquette, spoken English, general knowledge and awareness.
We were recently honoured with the 'President's Outstanding Achievement Award' from the national governing body of hockey in India for our contribution to sports and development.
