Rancho Ventura Costa Rica

Rancho Ventura is a family-owned educational horse farm in Costa Rica dedicated to hands-on learning, animal welfare, and meaningful cultural exchange. Since 2013, we have welcomed students from around the world to gain practical experience in equine care, veterinary learning, animal behavior, natural horsemanship, and sustainable farm management while living on-site in a supportive environment. Our programs are ideal for students interested in veterinary medicine, animal science, equine studies, biology, wildlife, or anyone passionate about horses and ethical animal care. What makes Rancho Ventura unique is our small-group approach, personalized mentoring, and immersive learning experience. Participants develop practical skills through daily interaction with horses and other farm animals while becoming part of our ranch community and experiencing the natural beauty and culture of Costa Rica.
