A great experience learning butchery at The School of Artisan Food

The School of Artisan Food is a truly inspirational and enchanted place made up of amazing and unique hands on learning experiences and an extremely knowledgeable, passionate and welcoming staff. Andrew was a fantastic tutor and I learned so much in my time spent with him. It was so much more than just learning how to butcher meat. His class offered invaluable insight into how meat can be raised and consumed sustainably instead of mass produced, and the difference that it makes for the planet and the animal, as well as for the people working in the meat industry and the finished product served on your plate. If you have the opportunity to spend time and enroll on a course here, I highly recommend doing so.
