Shines Children's Foundation

Shines Children’s Foundation (SCFU) is an indigenous, nonpartisan/religious Non-Governmental Organization, an initiative which was established to care for the Orphans and Vulnerable children and their caretakers. SCFU is a registered with NGO bureau of Uganda with Reg. No.s.5914/11335.
The main reason for our existence is to provide care and support to orphans and vulnerable children and their caretakers’ households through a sustainable approach. This is done by providing economic Livelihoods, Psychosocial and Micro-Credit support to caretakers which improves on their lives and increase their income, but also positions them to support orphans in Education and Health hence sustainable Development.
