What is your favorite travel memory?

I have not travelled much outside of my own country. But I have big dreams to travel in the future. In my country, I have explored the Northern and Southern Circuits a lot - nature and outings always make my day

How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?

This is a new company and I have just come from university. Learning is constant in this job, and happens mostly when I meet new people, clients, and partners in the business. I am learning skills to solve challenges without a long protocol.

What is the best story you've heard from a return student?

"It was an experience of my lifetime and I will come back again." This was a pre-medical student this summer of 2016. I felt special.

If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?

I would choose our newest program for early childhood education research. I think Tanzania needs more tools for educating children and with this research coming up with edutainment solutions for kids is one of the best things one can offer for Tanzanian children.

What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?

I think since it is a local owned company this is unique. And the fact that we work with interns who have particular program needs. Everyone has to have a need and this need is verified before they come. Not like a volunteer organization, which I think are great, but sometimes can be too political.

Another thing is we are a small family company. All of our clients meet and enjoy our family roots and learn the culture. Also, we care for their well-being, and they will never be alone.

What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?

Being hard working, trustworthy, and working on continuous brand development. We are doing those things all the time as a new small company. I believe also having good partners who give us clients and those who receive our clients will make us not only unique but special even more.
