Operating as a dedicated organization in Uganda, we provide holistic support to children left behind when parents are imprisoned, aiming to break the intergenerational cycle of crime and poverty. What makes us unique is our focus on bridging the gap between the child and the incarcerated parent through facilitated visitation trips, while simultaneously empowering caregivers with livelihood skills to ensure household stability. We go beyond basic education support by offering intense psychosocial counseling to reduce stigma, trauma, and discrimination, ensuring these children can stay in school and thrive. Ultimately, our goal is to rehabilitate the entire family unit—restoring the child's future, supporting the caregiver, and reintegrating the parent upon release.
