What is your favorite travel memory?
One of my favorite travel memory is a work trip to Budapest where I got to perfectly combine professional responsibilities with personal enjoyment. I loved exploring local fairs, visiting private schools, meeting new people, and tasting traditional Hungarian delicacies all while experiencing the city wrapped in a magical heavy snowfall that made the whole trip feel unforgettable.
How have you changed/grown since working for your current company?
Since working for my current company, I’ve matured both professionally and personally, gaining confidence and a stronger sense of responsibility in my role and myself. I’ve significantly developed my sales skills and, at the same time, found space to bring more creativity into my workflow so I can communicate more authentically and relate better to prospective students.
What is the best story you've heard from a return student?
One of the best stories I’ve heard from a returning student was about someone who initially struggled to find their place during their first semester and seriously considered leaving. After coming back a year later with a clearer sense of purpose, they not only excelled academically but became deeply involved in student life, eventually mentoring new students and saying the second start completely changed the direction of their life and career.
If you could go on any program that your company offers, which one would you choose and why?
I would choose the Erasmus program for staff because it would allow me to combine my passion for education with international experience. I have a small but growing interest in teaching, and the opportunity to spend half a year abroad teaching a course would be both professionally enriching and personally inspiring.
What makes your company unique? When were you especially proud of your team?
What makes my company unique is the strong sense of community we’re not just colleagues, but a team that genuinely supports one another and works toward shared goals. I was especially proud during moments when challenges came up and everyone immediately stepped in to help, proving that we function more like a family where no one is ever left to handle things alone.
What do you believe to be the biggest factor in being a successful company?
I believe the biggest factor in being a successful company is building a culture based on honesty, trust, openness and communication. When employees feel heard, valued, and connected through a strong sense of community, it becomes much easier to work toward a shared vision and achieve common goals together.
