Woven Connect

**Woven Connect** is a transformative NGO based in Arusha, Tanzania, focused on empowering women through handcraft training. Our programs offer skills in batik making, tailoring, weaving, and beading, designed to uplift women from challenging backgrounds. Many of the women we support are single mothers, survivors of domestic abuse, or have had limited access to formal education. At Woven Connect, we believe in providing skills and opportunities for independence and growth.

Once women complete our training, they are empowered to pursue their ventures or continue working with us, either at our workshop in partnership with Afrikan Wear or remotely from their homes. We aim to help them build sustainable livelihoods, foster confidence, and break free from cycles of poverty and hardship, creating a brighter future for themselves and their families.
