Are there any internship opportunities?

I would love to study abroad, but it just doesn't fit into my program time-wise with my need for an internship this summer. I was wondering if there are any opportunities for an internship involving horses for a student coming from overseas.
It looks like the internship programs are in London, Rome, Florence, Granada, and San Jose.
